As it appears from the report dated 07.09.2016 of the learned 1st Addl. Sessions Judge
cum- Special Judge, Vigilance, Bhubaneswar, out of the twenty one charge sheet witnesses, eig
ht witnesses have already been examined.
Therefore, at this stage, I am not inclined to transfer the case to any other Court.
Accordingly, the transfer application stands dismissed.
