In view of the judgment dated 29.01.2016 passed by this Court in F.A.O. No.181
of 2015, appellant may take return of the brief by substituting an attested photocopy of the
same to be presented before the competent Court within a period of fifteen days from date of r
eturn of the brief.

It is made clear that the learned District Judge while dealing with the questi
on of limitation, if any, shall take into consideration the period of pendency of the appeal b
efore this Court.
