call.
This petition has been registered on the basis of a letter written by the peti
tioner raising a grievance that his pension and other dues are not being paid by the Cuttack M
unicipality.
In the absence of any record with regard to the rights of the petitioner, for
any dues to be paid to him, we are unable to decide the controversy herein. We, thus, dismiss
this petition leaving it open to the petitioner to approach the appropriate authority for redr
essal of his grievance.
The petition is accordingly dismissed.
