Having heard learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for the State-op
posite party No.1, Ms. S. Panda, learned counsel for opposite parties No.2 to 4 and on perusa
l of the record, we are of the opinion that in the facts of the case, prayer made in this writ
petition does not deserve to be granted.
The petition is accordingly dismissed.
