or the petitioner.
The petitioner seeks for compassionate appointment under opposite party no.2 under th
e Rehabilitation Assistance Scheme applicable to the organization.
Mr.Mahana, learned counsel for the petitioner states that since the benefit of compas
sionate appointment has not been extended to the petitioner, he has approached this Court.
Mr.B.Senapati, learned Addl.Govt. Advocate states that the organization of opposite p
arty no.2 has already been abolished and therefore, the question of compassionate appointment
in a non-existent organization does not arise.
Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the parties, since the organiza
tion under whom the petitioner seeks for compassionate appointment is no more existing, the p
rayer made in the writ application has become infructuous. Accordingly, the writ application s
tands disposed of as infructuous.
