This writ petition has been filed for issuance of direction upon the opposite parties
for their regularization in service on the ground that they working as N.M.R. since long.
Counter affidavit has been filed in which claim of the petitioner has been denied.
In view of the disputed question of fact, this Court sitting under Article 226 of the
Constitution of India cannot adjudicate the issue, hence the writ petition is dismissed, howev
er reserving liberty to the petitioner to raise a dispute before appropriate forum, if he so d
esires.
