01.3.2016 Though this matter was listed for orders, on the request made by the learned c
ounsel for the opposite parties, the same is taken up for final disposal.
 None appears for the petitioner. Heard Mr.S.Mishra, learned counsel for opposi
te party no.10 and Mr.Giri, learned counsel for opposite party nos. 2 to 9.
 Challenge is made to the order dated 29.11.2000 passed by the Commissioner, Se
ttlement and Consolidation, Orissa, Bhubaneswar in KR-112/93/KR-78/97. Unfortunately, the impu
gned the order has not been annexed. In course of hearing, Mr.Mishra, learned counsel for oppo
site party no.10 files a photostat copy of the said impugned order dated 29.11.2000 passed by
the Commissioner, Settlement and Consolidation, Orissa, Bhubaneswar in KR-112/93/KR-78/97. The
 same be kept on record.

 As it appears, during pendency of the revision, an application for amendment w
as filed. The same was rejected.
 Learned counsel for opposite party no.10 submits that he has no objection, if
the application for amendment is allowed. He further submits that a direction may be issued to
 the Commissioner, Settlement and Consolidation, Orissa, Bhubaneswar to dispose of revision at
 an early date.

 Considering the submissions made, the order dated 29.11.2000 passed by the Com
missioner, Settlement

and Consolidation, Orissa, Bhubaneswar in K.R.78/97 is quashed. The application for amendm
ent is allowed. The Commissioner, Settlement and Consolidation, Orissa, Bhubaneswar is directe
d to dispose of revision within a period of three months from the date of production of certif
ied copy of this order.

 The petition is disposed of.
