 Learned counsel representing the claimant has submitted that the matter has be
en compromised with the insurance company.
 Mr. Mahatma Tudu, Manager of the insurance company has also submitted that the matter
has been compromised and amount of compensation has been settled at Rs.1,00,000/-(Consolidated
).

 Accordingly and in view of the compromised arrived at between the parties, the c
ase is finally closed with direction to the Insurance Company to pay compensation amount of Rs
.1,00,000/-(consolidated) to the petitioner-claimant within two weeks from today.
