 This Case is taken up in the National Lok Adalat today with the advocate and representat
ive of both the appellant and respondents being present.
 As agreed between the parties, the awarded compensation amount of Rs.5,81,000/- is modif
ied and reduced to Rs.4,90,000/-(Rupees Four Lakh Ninety Thousand only), which shall be payabl
e to the claimant along with interest @ 7% per annum from the date of filing of the claim appl
ication. The said modified/settled compensation amount shall be deposited before the learned T
ribunal within six weeks hence, which shall be disbursed to the claimants, as per the directio
n of the learned Tribunal given in the impugned award. As the matter is settled in Lok Adalat,
 no Court fee shall be payable.

 The statutory amount deposited in the Registry of this Court along with the accrued inte
rest thereon shall be refunded to the appellant-Insurance Company, on filing of receipt showin
g deposit of the modified/settled compensation amount and interest before the learned Tribunal

 MACA is accordingly disposed of.
