Learned counsel for the opposite party is present and he has no objection to t
he prayer made.
Considering the submissions made by the learned counsels for the respective pa
rties, it is directed that the aforesaid amount of Rs.2,70,000/- (rupees two lakhs seventy tho
usand) as was directed to be deposited vide judgment and order dated 21.12.2016 shall be depos
ited by 17th February 2017 positively.
