ounsel for the State.

 This contempt petition has been filed for non-complian
ce of the order of this Court dated 01.03.1993, passed in O.J.C. No.5182 of 1992.
 Learned counsel appearing for the opposite party no.4 submits
that the School is ready and willing to pay the arrear salary of the petitioner for the period
 from 17.12.1990 to 16.10.1996, on the petitioner approaching the School and complying with pr
ocedural formalities.

 In view of the submission made by learned counsel for
the opposite party no.4, the contempt proceeding is dropped with a direction to the petitioner
 to approach the opposite party no.4 within a week hence for release of his arrear salary due
for the said period, which shall be paid to him within two weeks thereafter.

CONTC is accordingly disposed of.
