In course of hearing, Mr.P.K.Rath, learned counsel for the petitioner submits
that liberty may be granted to the petitioner to produce the documents in original in W.L.Case
No.1278/66-67. He further submits that the same are public documents.
Without expression any opinion on the same, this Court disposes of the petitio
n granting liberty to the petitioner to produce the documents in original in W.L.Case No.1278/
66-67 within a period of fifteen days from today. If the petitioner produces the documents, th
e same shall dealt with by the learned trial court in accordance with law.
Since the suit is of the year 2005, the learned trial court shall conclude the
hearing of the suit by end of December, 2016.
