f of the informant by filing vakalatnama. The same be taken on record.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned counsel for the State as well as
learned counsel for the informant.
This is an application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. in connection with G.R. Case No. 1251
of 2015 arising out of Khurda Sadar P.S. Case No.153 of 2015 pending in the Court of learned
S.D.J.M., Khurda for alleged commission of offences punishable under sections 452/294/307/379
/506 /34 of the Indian Penal Code read with section 25/27 of the Arms Act, 1959.
The petitioner moved an application for bail before the Court of learned 1st Addl. Ses
sions Judge in charge, Khurda which was rejected on 22.12.2015.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 15.
11.2015 and in the meantime after completion of investigation, charge sheet has been submitted
under sections 452/294/307/379/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code read with section 25/27 of the
Arms Act. He further submits that the main allegation is against the co-accused namely Muna @
Prakash Kumar Nayak who has already been released on bail by this Court in BLAPL No. 7403 of
2015 vide order dated 18.03.2015. He further submits that the co-accused namely Khana Manasing
h has already been released on bail by this Court in BLAPL No. 7426 of 2015 vide order dated 0
