Considering the submissions and viewing the materials available on record, whi
le being not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, in view of the period of detention of t
he petitioner in custody, it is hereby observed the trial court would do well to conclude the
trial as expeditiously as possible, preferably within four months from the date of communicati
on of this order.
Learned counsel for the State is directed to impart necessary instruction in t
hat direction to all concerned.
The BLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
Urgent certified copy of the order be granted on proper application.
