Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
This is an application filed under Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliat
ion Act, 1996, for appointment of Arbitrator.
During course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as the oppos
ite parties have already appointed Shri Ram Pravesh Singh, advocate, to act as an Arbitrator,
he wants to withdraw the present application with liberty to pursue his remedy before the lear
ned Arbitrator.
Granting such liberty, ARBP is dismissed as withdrawn.
