o. 33 of 2016 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 101 of 2016 on the file of S.D.J.M., Biramaharajp
ur for alleged commission of offence under section 294/494/ 506/34 of IPC, have filed this app
lication for grant of bail in the event of their arrest in the said case.

 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that almost with similar line of al
legations as now made although for different period, there was earlier a criminal case against
 these petitioners and that has ended in acquittal in the year 2009. Now, again this F.I.R. ha
s been lodged by the informant fabricating some story so as to further harass the petitioners.
 It is also submitted that these petitioners are the permanent residents of the district of So
nepur and they have been cooperating with the investigation. Therefore, he urges for grant of
anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

 Considering the submissions, viewing the nature of accusations and other surro
unding circumstances of the case, in the absence of any other impediment, it is directed that
in the event the petitioners surrender in the court below in the above case and move for their
 release on bail, they may be released on bail with such terms and conditions as would be deem
ed just and proper by the said court.

 The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of. Urgent certified copy of this
order be granted on proper application.
