Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

 This is an application under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the
 petitioners in connection with Khandagiri P.S. Case No. 43 of 2016 corresponding to C.T. Case
 No. 405 of 2016 pending in the Court of learned SDJM,Bhubaneswar for alleged commission of of
fences under Sections 341/307/506/34 of Indian Penal Code.

 Mr. Rashmi Ranjan Mishra and Mr. Jeetendra Samantaray, learned counsels have e
ntered appearance on behalf of the informant and filed Vakalatnama in Court today. The same be
 kept on record.

 Learned counsel for the informant has also filed an affidavit indicating the
rein regarding the compromise between the parties and that the petitioner no.2 has married the
 informant and they are leading a happy conjugal life.

 Perused the FIR.

 Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the ingredients of the offences are n
ot attracted and in view of the factum of compromise between the parties, the anticipatory ba
il application of the petitioners may be favourably considered.

 Learned counsel for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

 Considering the submissions of learned counsels for the respective par
ties, the lis pendens development in the case, this Court directs that in the event of arrest
of the petitioners in connection with the aforesaid case, they shall be released on bail on fu
rnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees five thousand) each with two sureties each for t
he like amount to the satisfaction of the arresting officer with further conditio
ns that they shall make themselves available for interrogation by the I.O. as and when req
uired and they shall not, directly or indirectly, make any inducement, threat or promi
se to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade them from disclosing
such facts to the Court or to the Investigating Officer.

 Violation of any of the above conditions shall entail cancellation of bail.
 The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.

 Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
