This is an application under section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipa tory bail to the petitioners in connection with Puri Sadar P.S. Case No. 32 of 2016 correspond ing to G.R. Case No. 208 of 2016 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Puri for alleged co mmission of offences under sections 147/ 148/341/323/506/379/149 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the offences are triable by M agistrate and there was previous dispute between the parties for which the case has been foist ed. He further submits that the allegations are omnibus in nature.

Considering the submissions made by the respective parties, the nature of accusation, the fact that all the offences are triable by Magistrate and there was previous dispute betwee n the parties, I am inclined to release the petitioners on anticipatory bail and accordingly t his Court directs that in the event of arrest of the petitioners in connection with the afores aid case, they shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees five th ousand) each with two sureties each for the like amount to the satisfaction of the ar resting officer with further conditions that they shall make

themselves available for interrogation by the I.O. as and when required and they shall no t directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing any facts to the Courts or to the investigating Officer. Violation of any of the above conditions shall entail cancellation of bail.
