The petitioners are apprehending arrest for the alleged commission of offence
under Sections 379 and 411/34 of the IPC in G.R. Case No.1302 of 2015 of the court of learned
J.M.F.C., Jajpur Road, arising out of Jajpur Road P.S. Case No.455 of 2015.
Keeping in view the nature of allegations and the facts of the case, applicati
on for anticipatory bail is allowed. In the event of arrest of the petitioners in the aforesai
d case, they shall be released on bail by the arresting officer on such terms and conditions a
s deemed just and proper by him.
The ABLAPL is disposed of accordingly.
