ment Advocate.
The petitioner is apprehending arrest for the alleged commission of offence un
der Sections 324, 323, 427 and 506/34 of the IPC in G.R. Case No.1861 of 2015 of the court of
learned S.D.J.M.(S), Cuttack, arising out of Lalbag P.S. Case No.148 of 2015.
Keeping in view the nature of allegations and the facts of the case, applicati
on for anticipatory bail is allowed. In the event of arrest of the petitioner in the aforesaid
case, he shall be released on bail by the arresting officer on such terms and conditions as d
eemed just and proper by him.
The ABLAPL is disposed of accordingly.Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules. .
