application for grant of anticipatory bail.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Standing counsel.
Considering the submissions, viewing the nature of accusations and other surro
unding circumstances of the case, in the absence of any other impediment, it is directed that
in the event of arrest of the petitioner in the above case, he be released on bail with such t
erms and conditions as would be deemed just and proper by the Arresting Officer with further c
ondition that he will not threaten or terrorize the prosecution witnesses in any manner; will
not indulge in any criminal activity and cooperate with the investigation as and when required
The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of. Urgent certified copy of this
