02. 24.11.2016 The petitioners having been implicated in Pattamundai P.S. Cas
e No. 398 of 2016 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 394 of 2016 on the file of learned J.M.F.C.,
Pattamundai for alleged commission of offence under section 363/294/506/34 of IPC, have filed
this application for grant of anticipatory bail.

 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Addl. Standing Counsel.
 Considering the submissions, viewing the nature of accusations against these p
etitioners and other surrounding circumstances of the case, in the absence of any other impedi
ment, it is directed that in the event the petitioners surrender before the court in seisin of
 the case within fifteen days hence and move for their release bail, they be released on bail
with such terms and conditions as would be deemed just and proper by the said court with furth
er condition that they will not indulge in any criminal activity and will cooperate with the i
nvestigation as and when required.

 The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.

 Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
