The petitioners are apprehending arrest for the alleged commission of offence
under Sections 294 and 506/34 of the IPC in G.R. Case No.60 of 2015 of the court of learned J.
M.F.C., Daringibadi, arising out of Bamunigaon P.S. Case No.16 of 2015.
Keeping in view the nature of allegations and the facts of the case, applicati
on for anticipatory bail is allowed. In the event of arrest of the petitioners in the aforesai
d case, they shall be released on bail by the arresting officer on such terms and conditions a
s deemed just and proper by him. They are directed to cooperate with the investigation of the
case.
The ABLAPL is disposed of accordingly.
