Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the State.
The petitioner in this case having been implicated in Satyabadi P.S. Case No.152 of 201
6 corresponding to G.R. Case No.1615 of 2016, pending in court of learned S.D.J.M., Puri for a
lleged commission of offences punishable under Sections 379/411/34 of I.P.C., Section 21 of th
e M.M.D.R. Act and Section 68 of the O.M.M.C. Rules, filed this petition for his release on pr
e-arrest bail.
Considering the facts and submissions made, this Court directs that if the petitioner s
urrenders before the Court in seisin over the matter within four weeks hence and makes a motio
n for bail, the Court concerned shall release him on bail in connection with the aforesaid cas
e on such terms and conditions as it may deem just and proper including the condition that he
shall not indulge himself in any such criminal activity while on bail, violation of which shal
l entail cancellation of bail.
