Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Addl. Government
Advocate.
The petitioners are apprehending arrest for the alleged commission of offence
under Sections 294, 354, 506/34 of the IPC read with Section 3 of the S.C. and S.T.(P.A.) Act,
pursuant to the order of the learned JMFC, Narasinghpur in 1.C.C. No.80/2015.
Keeping in view the nature of allegations and the facts of the case, anticipat
ory bail application is allowed.
Let the petitioners surrender before the learned JMFC, Narasinghpur in the afo
resaid case within 21 working days and pray for bail. On such event, they shall be released on
bail on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper by the learned magistrate. In cas
e the petitioners are arrested by the police in the meantime, they shall be produced before th
e learned magistrate within 24 hours and the learned magistrate shall grant them bail as direc
ted above.
The ABLAPL is disposed of accordingly.
