Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.
The petitioner has prayed inter alia for a direction to the opposite parties 1
and 2 to carry out demarcation of plot no.7448 under khata no.89 as per record of rights, vid
e Annexure-1.
In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the draf
t map has been published. Thus, a direction may be issued to the opposite parties 1 and 2 to d
emarcate the land. But then no such application has been filed. Learned counsel for the petiti
oner further submits that liberty may be granted to file an appropriate application before the
opposite party no.5.
In view of the same, this writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the
petitioner to file an appropriate application before the opposite party no.5 within a period
of fifteen days from today. In the event an appropriate application is filed within the time s
tipulated, the opposite party no.5 shall do well to dispose the same within a period of six mo
nths thereafter.
