nsel for the State and the receipt of the same is filed by the learned counsel for the petitio
ner in Court today, the defect as pointed out by the S.R. be removed. The receipt is taken on
record.

The petitioners claim to be the objectors to the public notice issued
by the State Excise Authority for opening of a new IMFL ON shop in the name and style as New K
achha Pani Restaurant under Annexure-2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the pe
titioners apprehend that without hearing them and without applying mind to the objections rais
ed, the authority may grant the license at Plot No.41, Khata No.408, Mouza-Pahal under Baliant
a Police Station.
In view of the above, we are of the considered view, that the said app
rehension is misplaced since the Collector, Khordha will issue notice to the objectors for hea
ring and after applying his mind to the objections take a decision thereon.
With the said observations and directions, the writ application is dis
posed of.
Free copy of this order be handed over to the learned counsel for the
State.
Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
