24.12.2015 Heard Mr. R.K.Pradhan, learned counsel for the petitioner.
The petitioner has filed this application seeking for a direction to opp. Party
no. 2 for early sanction and disbursement of arrear salary from the period 08.12.1999 to 28.06
.2010 in her favour.
In course of hearing learned counsel for the petitioner submits that highlightin
g the grievance the petitioner has made representation before the opposite party no.2 vide Ann
exure-3 and direction may be given to consider the same within a stipulated time.
In view of the aforesaid limited grievance of the petitioner without expressing
any opinion on the merits of the case this Court disposes of the writ petition directing oppos
ite party no.2 to consider and dispose of the representation in Annexure-3 and pass appropriat
e order within a period of three months from the date of communication of this order.
Requisites for communication of this order to opposite party no.2 shall be filed withi
n a week.
