Heard Mr. S.J. Das, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional
Government Advocate for the State-opposite party.
The grievance of the petitioner is that though he has filed Encroachment Appea
l Case No.1/2015 before the Sub-Collector, Nayagarh, opposite party no.2, but till yet the sam
e has not been disposed of.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a direction may be issued to t
he opposite party no.2 to dispose of the said appeal at an early date.
Considering the innocuous prayer, the petition is disposed of with a direction
to the Sub-Collector, Nayagarh, opposite party no.2, to dispose of Encroachment Appeal Case N
o.1/2015 within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of th
is order, if there is no other impediment.
