der Indira Awas Yojana scheme, one of the prayer is to consider and dispose of representation
of the petitioners which is Annexure-2 annexed to the writ petition.
Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the claim of the petit
ioners opposite party no.2 Collector,Kendrapara is directed to take decision on the pending re
presentation, if any, within a stipulated period preferably within a period of eight weeks fro
m the date of presentation of certified copy of this order which shall be presented by the pet
itioners along with copy of the writ petition within a period of three weeks of receipt of cop
y of this order.
The opposite party no.2 shall take decision in accordance with law an
d pass speaking order within the stipulated period.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of.
