02. 06.11.2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. The petitioner is an IMFL OFF shop licensee for the year 2015-16. It is submitted that the petitioner has short drawn of MGQ during cert

ain months or quarters.

 In view of the above and considering the facts and circumstances of th
e case, we refrain from entertaining the writ application while granting liberty to the petiti
oner to approach the Commissioner of Excise, Odisha, Cuttack by filing an application along wi
th the copy of this order and copy of the writ application for lifting of shortfall MGQ during
 the current license period and such application shall be considered and disposed of within a
period of two weeks from the date of filing of the same.

 Accordingly, the writ application is disposed of.
 Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
