Mr.Pradhan, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks withdrawal of this petit
ion to file revision before the Commissioner, Land Records and Settlement, Odisha under Sectio
n 15(b) of the Orissa Survey and Settlement Act. He further submits that a direction may be is
sued the said authority to dispose of the revision on merit.
Considering the innocuous prayer, this petition is disposed of as withdrawn gr
anting liberty to the petitioners to file revision before the Commissioner, Land Records and S
ettlement, Odisha. In the event revision is filed within fifteen days from today, the Commissi
oner, Land Records and Settlement, Odisha shall do well to dispose of the same on merit withou
t being influenced by any order passed by any authority.
