elegated to the Member, Board of Revenue, Cuttack. Accordingly, the petitioner has filed a rev
ision petition being OSS No.729 of 2015 before the Member, Board of Revenue, Cuttack.
In view of the same, the Member, Board of Revenue, Cuttack shall do well to di
spose of OSS No.729 of 2015 on merit.
