 The petitioner has approached this Court for issuance of direction upon the opposite par
ties to allot house under Biju Pucca Ghar Yojana (Special) in terms of Annexure-2 Series, whic
h is list of eligible beneficiaries and the name of the petitioner is at Sl No. 43.

 The grievance of the petitioner is that in spite of the eligibility of the petitioner ha
ving been assessed by the authorities, the required benefit has not yet been extended. However
, to that effect the petitioner has made an application before the authority under Annexure-3
even thereafter the grievance of the petitioner has not yet been redressed.

 Learned counsel appearing for the opposite party-State has submitted that the grievance
of the petitioner will be looked into.

 He further submits that the writ petition may be disposed of directing the authority to
take decision in this regard.

 With such submission, the writ petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner
to approach before the opposite party no.1- District Magistrate-cum-Collector, Nayagarh by rai
sing all grievance with copy of the writ petition annexing all relevant documents within thre
e weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.

 The concerned opposite party shall take decision in accordance with law within reasonabl
e period preferably within four weeks from the date of receipt of the representation.

 If the grievance of the petitioner is found to be genuine, the consequential benefits sh
all be extended in favour of the petitioner within two weeks from the date such decision.
 If it is found that the petitioner is not entitled for the relief on any ground whatsoev
er, same shall be communicated to him by passing reasoned order within the period aforesaid.
 Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of.
