Heard Mr. Pradhan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. S.P. Das, learned counsel for C
ommissioner of Endowments.

 This writ petition has been filed with a prayer to direct the opposite party t
o dispose of O.A. No. 92 of 2011, which has been filed under Section-19 of the Orissa Hindu Re
ligious Endowment Act, 1951, within a stipulated period.

 On perusal of Annexure-3 series, which contain the order sheets of the Court
of commissioner Endowment, Orissa, it is clear that the Original Application was filed under s
ection 19 of the OHRE Act during 2011 and on 17.10.2011 a detailed report from the concerned I
nspector of Endowments was called for. Thereafter the case was adjourned from time to time awa
iting report from the Inspector of Endowments and till 7.5.2015 the report has not been filed.
 As it appears, though from 17.10.2011 till 7.5.2015, the report has not come f
rom the Inspector of Endowments, however the Commissioner of Endowments has not taken any step
 in the matter and has proceeded casually.

 In view of the above, this Court, without expressing any opinion as to the mer
its of the case, directs Commissioner of Endowments-the sole opposite party to dispose of O.A.
 Case No. 92 of 2011 in accordance with law as early as possible, preferably within a period o
f three months from the date of production of the certified copy of the order.

 Learned counsel for the petitioners undertakes to produce the certified copy o
f the order before the opposite party within two weeks.

 The writ application is accordingly disposed of.

 Issue urgent certified copy.
