This application has been filed by the petitioner for modification of the order dated
12.11.2015 passed in the writ petition.
As it appears, Misc. Case No. 122 of 2016 was filed for modification of the or
der 12.11.2015, which was rejected by this Court vide order dated 07.11.2016.
The present misc. case is filed again for modification of the order dated 12.1
