Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Standing Counsel for the S
tate.
Petitioner in this application challenges the inaction of the opposite party No.4 to
the complaint made by him on 29.9.2014 and copy of which also given to opposite party Nos.2 an
d 3.
On perusal of the record, it reveals that earlier the petitioner has approached this C
ourt in CRLMP No.1041 of 2014 disposed of on 29.9.2014. This Court has directed that the oppo
site party No.4 to take appropriate action to ensure that the petitioner and his family member
s are not prevented by the local villagers from exercising their right in any manner whatsoeve
r, including the right of drinking water etc. The said order was communicated to all the oppo
site parties. In spite of the above order again it is alleged by the petitioner that opposite
party No.5 to 16 made overt acts. Accordingly, the petitioner has lodged the complaint before
opposite party No.4 on 29.9.2014.
Keeping in view the above facts and circumstances, this Court disposes of the CRLMP di
recting opposite party No.4 to comply the order dated 29.9.2014 passed by this Court in CRLMP
No.1041 of 2014 as the said order was not confined to a particular year only, failing which th
e same will amount to Contempt of Courts.
Accordingly, the CRLMP is disposed of.
