a. This application has been preferred by the new RP seeking following reliefs in Form FA at Page 16. Page 45 contains voting for withdrawal, it shows that 100% voting has been resolved and withdrawal petition would be filed.

b. In view of such, IA 227 is allowed and the CP is permitted to be withdrawn. CP is thus dismissed as withdrawn

In view of the fact of withdrawal of the CP itself all pending IAs are disposed of without any further orders.
