This is an Application filed u/s 12(A) by Canara Bank, Financial Creditor seeking withdrawal of the Company Petition (IB) No. 137 of 2020.

The Applicant/Financial Creditor states that the Respondent/Corporate Debtor approached for settlement and the same has been considered by the Applicant/Financial Creditor vide its Sanction Letter dated 26.02.2024 as per the following terms and conditions:

Ld. counsel for the FC made a statement across the bar that Financial Creditor will pay the entire fee of IRP.

After hearing the submissions and upon going through the averment made in the applications, this bench allows the above application and the CIRP

order dated 03.01.2024 passed against the Corporate Debtor stands withdrawn by relieving the Corporate Debtor from all the rigorous of moratorium.
