Ld. Counsel on behalf of the Petitioner Mr. Sumant Batra appeared and submitted that the matter (details of which in order dated 30.11.2023) is still pending before the Hon’ble NCLAT and the next date of hearing is 09.02.2024 and therefore submitted that on the basis reasons given in order dated 30.11.2023, matter may kindly be adjourned. Since the matter is pending before the Hon’ble NCLAT and in view of our previous order dated 30.11.2023, it would not be appropriate for us to hear the matter at this stage and therefore, as requested by the Ld. Counsel on behalf of the Petitioner, list the matter on 22.02.2024.
