The Respondent/Corporate Debtor approached the Applicant/Financial Creditor for availing financial facilities for business purposes and requested Applicant/Financial Creditor to lend money as a loan. Accordingly, the Respondent/Corporate Debtor and Applicant/Financial Creditor. The financial creditor sanctioned a loan on July 18, 2019 to offer to the Corporate Debtor a working capital Term Loan of Rs 1,10,00,000 (Rupees One Crore and Ten Lakhs only) on the terms and conditions specified in the letter and an agreement was executed dated July 25, 2019 between the applicant and the corporate debtor.
