Counsel for the Financial Creditor states that he has received instructions from the Manager, Union Bank of India to withdraw this petition, as the matter has been settled between the parties and the entire amount has been paid by the Corporate Debtor and also received by the Bank. This assertion is also corroborated by the Ld. Counsel for the Corporate debtor.

In view of the settlement, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn and IA(IBC) /71/KB/2023 is also disposed of.
