This IA has been filed for taking on record written consent dated 26.07.2023 by RP to act as a liquidator in C.P. (IB)/2119(KB)2019.

In terms of the IBBI vide its circular dated 18.07.2023, the liquidator has to be person other than the resolution professional. Further the liquidator is to be appointed from the panel of IBBI.

In view of this above position, this Adjudicating Authority appoints from the panel of IBBI Mr. Anup Kumar Singh, IBBI/IPA-001/IP-P00153/201718/10322 (email : [email protected], mobile 9830726554) as a liquidator.
