This Application is filed under Section 12-A by the IRP in the backdrop of settlement of the claim by the Corporate Debtor with the Operational Creditor vide the joint memo dated 11.07.2022 signed by Operational Creditor and the Corporate Debtor. Therefore, in the light of the memo, IA No. 666/2022 is hereby allowed and the order dated 08.07.2022 in CP (IB) No. 331/9/HDB/2020, where under the Corporate Debtor was put under CIRP by this Tribunal, is hereby recalled. In the result, CP (IB) No. 331/9/HDB/2020 stands dismissed as withdrawn. Henceforth the Corporate Debtor will function through its Directors.
