IA-1524/2022- This IA has been filed by Mr. Rahul Kavthekar, the Liquidator seeking extension of time period for the liquidation process of the Respondent Company from 30.01.2022 for a period of nine months up to 28.02.2023. Having considered the submissions of the Counsel of the Liquidator and on perusal of the averments made in the application, this Bench is satisfied and accordingly the extension of time of the liquidation process of the Respondent Company with effect from 30.01.2022 till 28.02.2023 i.e. complete (nine months) in total is granted. With the aforesaid observations, IA 1524/2022 is allowed and disposed of .
