The present IA No. 198/2022 has been filed under Section 22(3)(a) of the IBC upon the decision of the CoC to appoint Sh. Parag Singhal IRP as RP as decided by the CoC in its first meeting on 25th June, 2022 with 100% voting shares. The resolution of the 1st Meeting of CoC has been placed on record.
It is stated that CoC as Item No. B (3) has approved the resolution with 100% voting to appoint present IRP as RP to conduct CIRP of the Corporate debtor.
Accordingly, IA No. 198/2022 is allowed and stands disposed of.
