In the said Order Mr. Kamal Kishor Gurnani was appointed as Interim Resolution Professional and his IBBI registration number is wrongly typed as “ 11718 " whereas in the certificate of registration the correct registration number of the Interim Resolution Professional is “ 12338 ”. Hence for all CIRP purposes the registration number of the IRP is corrected and should be read as “ 12338” . The rest of the order will remain unaltered. With the above observations IA-618/2022 is allowed and disposed of.
