Learned Counsel for the applicant Mr. Sahil Rao requests for withdrawal of the CP (IB) 126 (AHM) 2022. In view of the settlement reached with the corporate debtor, the request is allowed, and CP (IB) 126 (AHM) 2022 is allowed to be withdrawn and is accordingly disposed of.
