Ld. Counsel for the Financial Creditor is present and submits that since the Corporate Debtor has settled this Matter, the present Application filed for initiation of contempt against the Corporate Debtor will not survive. Accordingly, the Financial Creditor express his desire to withdraw the main Company Petition as the issue involved is settled out of the Court between the Parties. Having considered the submission of the Counsel for the Financial Creditor, the Company Petition is permitted to be withdrawn and the same is disposed of. Accordingly, the Application bearing IA No. 777 of 2021 is also disposed of in view of the withdrawal of the main Company Petition.
