This petition has been filed for Voluntary Liquidation under Section 59(7) of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 read with Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (Voluntary Liquidation) Regulations, 2017. Issue notice of this petition to IBBI and Registrar of Companies, NCT of Delhi and Haryana. The petitioner shall collect the notice from the Registry and send it to the aforesaid authorities with copy of the petition and entire paper book immediately by speed post and file affidavit of service along with postal receipt and tracking report within two weeks. Reports be filed by aforesaid authorities before the next date of hearing with copy advance to the counsel opposite. List on 01.08.2022.
